Dirty Dawgs Pet Care is a fast-growing, Tucson-born company built on teamwork, accountability, and pride in delivering consistent, high-quality service. We are not looking for temporary workers—we’re looking for people who want to grow with us, take ownership of their work, and contribute to a professional, high-standard environment every day. Our team operates two locations: a self-service dog wash and a full boarding/daycare facility. Every position is hands-on: everyone cleans, everyone contributes, and no one is above any task. Even the owner of the facility cleans.

All new hires begin with a 90-day probationary period. Part-time roles range from 15–29 hours per week, and full-time roles begin at 30+ hours per week. One weekend workday is mandatory for every employee.  Full-time employees are eligible for benefits, including BCBS health insurance (80% of the premium paid by the company) with a $1,000 deductible, 2 weeks paid vacation, 2 weeks accrued PTO, as well as 401(k) matching. Pay ranges from $16–$25 per hour, depending on experience and position. Part-time employment is only eligible for 2 weeks accrued PTO.  All positions require at least 1 weekend day on the schedule.

We serve both pets and the people who love them, and we look for team members who genuinely enjoy providing dependable, customer-focused care that supports the comfort, safety, and overall experience of our clients and their dogs. All roles require working safely around dogs of all sizes, moving efficiently throughout the facility, and lifting and carrying at least 40 pounds as part of normal duties. Strong situational awareness, common sense, reliability, and the ability to work independently are essential. We maintain a professional, safety-first environment; applicants should be aware that the company may require drug screening at any point during employment.
