Facility Tour Policy

We understand that choosing care for your dog is a deeply personal decision. That’s why we offer extensive photos, verified reviews, and even camera access — all so you can feel confident before your first visit. It is only through a scheduled/booked Meet & Greet OR Overnight Boarding Booking for Non-Group Play that a tour is allowed of our facility.  The reason we ask these services to be booked and a deposit made first is to direct our full attention to serious inquiries and answer questions. Our time is dedicated to the dogs in our care. If you're ready to join a community that prioritizes safety, certifications, structure, and professionalism — we’d love to welcome you.

Care Is Priority; Not Sales.

We aren’t in the business of “selling” our space. We’re in the business of professional dog care hence our certifications, dedication, long-time staff retention, and cleanliness. Our entire facility is set up to prioritize the comfort, safety, and enrichment of the dogs in our care — not to be on display. Every room, every yard, and every corner is actively used for play, rest, and structured routines. That means we can’t pause operations for unscheduled visitors, non-serious inquiries, or casual visits.

We’re Not Like Others

We are a certified, professionally managed, and intentionally structured facility. Every space of our 8000 sq ft Indoor/outdoor facility is actively used for play, rest, and supervised care — and our routines are designed to prioritize the dogs’ experience above all else.  Our facility is clean, odor-free, and meticulously maintained. We provide camera access during playtimes, keep current photos available online, and consistently receive top reviews from a loyal client base. Our reputation is built on trust and transparency — and we maintain that by protecting the calm, structured environment our dogs rely on with scheduled tours. We keep those scheduled tours and know if you are serious by requiring booking.

Photos, Videos, Transparent.

You’ll find updated photos and videos on our Google listing and website. That’s more transparency than most boarding facilities ever provide. If you’re not comfortable making a decision based on that supplemented by our certifications and reviews, we may not be the right fit — and that’s okay. If you have questions, our FAQs page answers all inquiries.

Step One: Booked Services

We offer tours for clients ready to move forward through booked services. These sessions are valuable, one-on-one opportunities where we assess you and your dog’s relationship, your dog's temperament all day, and fit. They’re not just casual chats — they’re part of our onboarding process for long-term success and safety. While some facilities nationwide often have a 20 min Meet & Greet assessment and a quick tour, we have an all-day assessment after a tour with a report and communication for success.

Respecting Our Time & Yours

Our staff is trained, certified, busy, and 100% focused on the dogs. To maintain focus on the dogs in our care, we reserve tours and staff time for clients who have booked a Meet and Greet or Boarding and are ready to move forward with services. We work with clients who are ready to invest in top-tier care, and that begins with commitment.

Doors Are Locked Outside Drop-Off & Pick-Up Times:

All areas of the facility are for dogs and we chose not to invest in a designated lobby/office space for people to go in and out. This maintains gate control of all the dogs, a great environment for the dogs, and maximized play space. For everyone’s safety and to maintain the best environment for the dogs, our doors remain locked outside of scheduled drop-off and pick-up windows. We do not accept unscheduled visitors, and tours are not offered on a walk-in basis, regardless of circumstances.  We kindly ask that all inquiries go through the proper channels. For safety and operational reasons, drop-ins are not permitted and will not be accommodated.
